What can I buy here?

Our store offers sleep masks, silk pillowcases, scrunchies, travel accessories, casual apparel, fabric-care products, and related comfort accessories. Each product page shows the available selections, materials, prices, and care or use information.

Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping offer and the final delivery cost are shown at checkout.

When will an order arrive?

Preparation usually takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind or chose incorrectly?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a mailed return or exchange. A non-defective item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and returned with its packaging, labels, and accessories.

What does a return cost?

A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Do not mail a return before receiving authorization.

What if an order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect?

Send the order number, checkout email, issue description, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the return, replacement, or exchange options.

How long does a refund take?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days, although the financial institution may post it later.
