Where and what we ship

Our store ships eligible sleep masks, silk pillowcases, scrunchies, travel accessories, casual apparel, fabric-care products, and related comfort accessories to destinations made available during checkout. Product, carrier, and destination restrictions may limit service, and an order cannot be sent where checkout does not offer delivery.

Preparation and estimated transit

We normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after dispatch is about 2–4 business days. These timeframes are planning estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends, holidays, weather, carrier events, security reviews, and remote destinations can extend delivery.

Shipping charges and customer details

Free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery charge are determined at checkout. Before placing an order, customers must provide an accurate street address, email address, and telephone number. We are not responsible for avoidable delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Tracking and delivery exceptions

Tracking updates are provided when a carrier makes them available. For delayed movement, suspected loss, a parcel marked delivered but not received, visible damage, or a delivery error, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. Images of damaged goods and packaging may be required while we review the carrier record and available resolution.
